Welcome to The Shine ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our B2B SaaS product ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
The Shine provides a platform for visualizing processes on whiteboards ("boards") where users can create multiple workspaces, invite other users, and perform calculations using connected numbers and math operators.
To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our free plan allows up to 3 boards per workspace without any feature restrictions.
Our paid plan allows for the creation of an unlimited number of boards per workspace and is billed separately for each workspace. Future updates may introduce subscription-locked features and other restrictions.
We use Stripe for billing and payment processing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All payments are non-refundable.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service in accordance with these Terms.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing our Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it. We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information.
All rights, title, and interest in and to our Service, including all related intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of The Shine and its licensors.
